How is the price worked out?
By filament weight, print time and number of colours, with a HK$48 minimum. Upload a model to see the price instantly; if we find it needs lots of support or splitting, we’ll confirm with you before taking payment.
Which files do you accept?
STL, 3MF and OBJ in millimetres. No model? Make one in our online designer.
How big can you print?
Up to 330 × 320 × 325 mm in one piece. Bigger parts can be split and assembled.
How does multi-colour work?
The H3C has 9 toolheads, so colour changes are quick with little waste. Each extra colour adds a small fee, up to 8 colours.
How much is delivery?
SF Express local: HK$31 for the first kg, then HK$6 per extra 0.5 kg; free over HK$300. Door, locker or service point — usually next day.
Are my files safe?
They’re only used for quoting and printing, never shared or sold, and we’ll delete them on request.
